What's the #1 thing you look for in a closer?
Culture fit and drive. More evidence, fewer words. We want someone hungry, coachable, positive, and with a history of excellence. We can teach sales skills to a driven person with a great attitude. We can't teach drive or a good attitude to a skilled person who is a cancer to the team.
What's the pay structure and when do we get paid?
100% commission. You get paid what you're worth with no limits. Pay is based on cash collected, and we pay out every Monday. We have huge bonuses on high revenue and cash collected deals.
How full are the calendars? What's the lead flow really like?
Packed. We spend huge money on ads every month that feed a low-ticket funnel, so leads are extremely warm and pre-sold. Our show rates are at an all-time high, and we're literally missing hundreds of calls a month because we don't have enough closers. You can expect 3-5 qualified calls a day, more if you're efficient with call time.
How many hours are we expected to work? Can we work weekends?
This is not a 9-5. We work until the job is done. Expect 50 hours a week as a baseline. The top earners are always working. We value results over clock-watching. Weekend availability is a huge plus because that's when many of our clients are available.
